Gregory Talalayevsky, MD has been a beacon in the Hyde Park community for over 35 years serving our local communities. In 1985, when Dr. Talalayevsky opened this primary care facility, the community was under served for medical care due to several physicians in the area retiring. During this time, he was able to build a very large practice in a short period of time delivering exceptional services. His main medical focuses were with ambulatory settings as well as acute care in hospitals and chronic care in various nursing homes. Over the years, this primary care office has become somewhat like a second home for many of our current and new patients. Our facility goals are to make sure our patients experience excellent healthcare service, as well as amazing customer service.
